Patient Reception & Front Desk: Greet patients and assist with registration and check-in; Schedule and confirm patient appointments; Respond to inquiries. Doctor’s Schedule Management: Organize and manage daily appointments; Coordinate breaks. Administrative Coordination: Prepare and update patient files; Enter data into system. Billing & Payments Support: Issue invoices. Customer Service: Handle complaints professionally.

المؤهلات
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Medical Secretary, or Healthcare Management
- Minimum 1 year experience in a clinic or healthcare setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in computer use and clinic management software
