Career Development Specialist

Your primary role is to deliver career development experiences and build professional capacity within Aramco's Management & Professional Development Department.
المسؤوليات
- Provide confidential career counseling for early-career and experienced professionals.
- Design and deliver customized career practitioner training.
- Coordinate career practitioner supervision and skill assessments.
- Facilitate career development sessions on self-awareness and career management.
- Support alignment of individual development plans with business needs.
المؤهلات
- Master’s degree with courses in education, career guidance, or counseling.
- Maintain relevant career counseling credentials (e.g., NCDA, CDI).
- 6 to 10 years of experience in career development.
- 3 to 5 years in career counseling and professional development activities.
