B2B Key Account Manager (Direct)

المسؤوليات
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic and tactical business plans for assigned accounts
- Drive achievement of sell-on sales targets for allocated accounts
- Analyze and manage the existing customer portfolio to improve performance
- Monitor, analyze, and report account performance data
- Conduct regular customer visits and oversee end-to-end sales processes
- Perform inventory analysis and implement actions for healthy sell-out performance
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar international sales role
- Strong understanding of market environments and Dynamics
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Solid market knowledge with a strong willingness to stay close to the market
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
- Proven diplomatic and negotiation capabilities
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
