To direct, supervise and co-ordinate generalist HR activities within the HR function and assist leaders with relevant HR projects, programs and ongoing people related matters.
المسؤوليات
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Manage complex employee relations casework including disciplinarians, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy.
- Regularly meet with key stakeholders to ensure that HR issued are identified and addressed.
- Play a significant part in understanding and improving employee engagement, female diversity and Kuwaitization initiatives.
- Execute the annual performance management process.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training & development programs.
- Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
- Support the annual talent review cycle and succession plans.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 - 8 Years relevant to HR generalist experience
