As Population Health Manager within our General Medicines team, you'll help shape the future of care for people at risk of developing Type 1 diabetes by adapting global screening and monitoring strategies to your territory. Join the team transforming how healthcare is delivered for chronic and specialty conditions worldwide.
المسؤوليات
- Conduct ecosystem mapping to identify key healthcare players and hospital types
- Map Centers of Excellence and referral networks
- Identify and remove operational barriers in screening and monitoring pathways
- Support new screening initiatives for early detection of Type 1 diabetes
- Engage external stakeholders to create awareness on T1D pathway
- Build partnerships with public health leaders and clinical leads
- Design and implement care pathways collaboratively with healthcare providers
المؤهلات
- 5 years Commercial or medical pharmaceutical/medical devices experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Pharmacy, or Public Health
- Fluent in English and Arabic
