Four Seasons is seeking a highly skilled and driven On-Site Lead – Design Services, based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia to oversee the final phase of a prestigious hotel opening project. This role is at the forefront of design resolution, construction coordination, and handover management—bringing the Four Seasons vision to life in partnership with ownership and key stakeholders.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and manage the final transition of the hotel project from the Owner/Developer to Four Seasons
- Coordinate across multiple stakeholders including Owner Representatives and Operations teams
- Maintain full oversight of snag list inspections, deficiency tracking, and functional testing
- Facilitate handover of systems, hardware, and spaces in line with brand expectations
- Lead and support deep cleaning, sleep testing, and post-project evaluations
المؤهلات
- Proven experience in hotel project delivery, particularly in handover and close-out phases
- Strong background in design resolution, construction oversight, and stakeholder coordination
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
- Experience working with high-end or luxury hospitality projects is highly preferred
