The Pastry Chef is responsible for preparing, producing, and presenting high-quality pastries and desserts while maintaining Five-Star standards. Responsibilities include menu development, managing pastry and bakery operations, controlling food costs, and supervising the pastry kitchen team.

- Prepare, bake, and present a wide range of pastries, desserts, and breads to Five-Star standards
- Ensure consistency in quality, portion control, taste, and presentation
- Assist in menu development and dessert concepts
- Control food costs by monitoring production and minimizing waste
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry kitchen
- Train, supervise, and motivate pastry kitchen team members
- Coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams during operations and events
المؤهلات
- Diploma or professional certification in Pastry, Bakery, or Culinary Arts
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef in a Five-Star hotel
- Strong knowledge of pastry production, desserts, and chocolate techniques
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP
