Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, transforming complex banking needs into actionable requirements. This is an onsite role in a fast-paced environment.
المسؤوليات
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications
- Analyze and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes
- Support delivery of solutions across products and systems
- Participate in UAT support
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the banking sector
- Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations
