Provides planning support across allocated projects, ensuring all tenders and programmes are accurately aligned, scheduled, and monitored. Leads 4D planning activities for a complex project portfolio, driving clarity, coordination, and high-quality execution.

- Driving safe, high-quality, and compliant delivery
- Provide strategic direction across key assignments
- Support senior leadership in due diligence and strategy
- Foster collaboration and strong stakeholder relationships
- Develop detailed 4D planning outputs
- Monitor progress through productivity reviews
- Coordinate team activities and maintain clear communication
المؤهلات
- Extensive 4D planning expertise integrating BIM, schedules, and site progress
- Proven experience across infrastructure, residential, or hospitality programmes
- Knowledge of sustainability, carbon impacts, sequencing, and logistics
- Relevant built-environment degree and professional membership
- Experience with Synchro, P6, Navisworks, and preferably ACC
- Extensive industry experience, preferably with mega-project experience
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
