KN Spaceworks is looking for a motivated Sales Executive who is confident on the phone and preferably familiar with the construction / interior / fit-out industry. This role offers a stable base salary plus high commission potential and extra monthly bonuses for hitting targets.
المسؤوليات
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (developers, companies, landlords, brokers, schools, offices, etc.)
- Introduce KN Spaceworks’ services (design, fit-out, renovation, permits)
- Generate qualified leads and set meetings/site visits
- Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain and update lead records
- Coordinate with management and technical team
- Support closing of deals and long-term client relationships
المؤهلات
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or sales (construction/fit-out knowledge is a BIG advantage)
- Comfortable speaking to clients over the phone
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of construction / interiors / fit-out is preferred
- Target-driven and commission-motivated
- Able to work independently and follow up consistently
