Business Development & Growth Analyst – Coffee Roasting Factory

Black Sip Coffee Roasters is a Saudi specialty coffee company based in Bisha. The role focuses on analyzing growth opportunities, supporting B2B expansion, and building data-driven insights for the roasting factory. This position works closely with management to identify new markets, evaluate business opportunities, and improve operational decision-making.

- Identify new B2B opportunities (cafés, retailers, distributors)
- Analyze coffee sales data and market trends
- Build business models for expansion opportunities
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Support negotiations and commercial proposals
- Evaluate supply chain opportunities
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
- 2–5 years experience in business analysis or development
