Paid Ads Manager (B2B Accounting Automation)

In this role, you will own and scale paid acquisition efforts across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, directly impacting revenue growth and lead generation for a B2B accounting automation business. Operating in a lean, metrics-driven environment, you will collaborate with creative and sales teams to refine messaging, test new ideas, and continuously improve conversion rates.

- Own paid acquisition across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
- Develop data-driven campaign strategies aligned with revenue objectives
- Build and manage technical tracking setups (pixel, event tracking)
- Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization of ROAS and CAC
- Allocate budgets effectively across platforms
- Maintain accurate reporting and insights for stakeholders
المؤهلات
- 3–6+ years of experience managing B2B paid media campaigns
- Proven expertise on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads platforms
