Cost Control Manager

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Cost Control Manager to join our team! Contribute to creating and implementing best practices, cost estimating vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
المسؤوليات
- Contribute to creating and implementing best practices and cost strategy
- Make accurate project cost estimates (Class 5 to Class 1)
- Support continuous improvement through cost engineering techniques
- Analyze and identify key areas of improvement for cost reductions
- Review economic trends and risk implications
- Utilize cost methodologies and software models
- Oversees cost benchmarking exercises and database maintenance
- Ensure monitoring and reporting systems are in place
المؤهلات
- Bachelor s in quantity surveying, engineering or cost engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum 15 years experience in Cost Control / Estimating on large projects
- Preferably certified in CEP or MCIOB or MCIArab
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio & Databases)
- Excellent Arabic / English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of working internationally (preference for KSA)
