Clinical Nurse Leader (PICU)

The Clinical Nurse Leader demonstrates clinical expertise, strong leadership and collaborative skills in interactions with staff and members of the healthcare team. Supports the Clinical Nurse Manager in leading, precepting and mentoring staff. Accountable for shift coordination, patient flow, patient experience and resource allocation. Delivers nursing care to patients and rounds to support delivery of patient care.

المؤهلات
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing (4 years)
- Registered Nurse
- 4+ years of recent clinical nursing experience including 2+ years leadership/charge experience
- Valid professional nursing license in country of origin
