Delay analysis Instructor

This is a part-time remote role for a Delay Analysis Instructor at Link Academy. The Instructor will be responsible for delivering an online interactive course that bridges the gap between Primavera P6 and Claims Management. The role focuses on teaching the "Forensic" side of scheduling. You will guide participants through the journey of identifying delays, performing Forensic Delay Analysis methodologies (such as Time Impact Analysis, As-Built vs. As-Planned, and Windows Analysis), and translating these technical findings into professional Extension of Time (EOT) claims.

المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in Planning and Forensic Delay Analysis
- Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6
- Mastery of Delay Analysis Methodologies (TIA, Impacted As-Planned, As-Built vs. As-Planned, etc.)
- Strong background in Claims Management and understanding of FIDIC
