STEEL FOREMAN

We are seeking an experienced Steel Foreman to supervise and coordinate structural steel works on construction sites. The ideal candidate will lead site teams, ensure work is executed as per drawings, and maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.

- Supervise structural steel fabrication, erection, and installation works
- Manage steel workers, welders, and fitters on site
- Read and interpret structural drawings and specifications
- Plan daily work activities and allocate manpower effectively
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and report daily activities to site management
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
