Paris United Group is hiring Supervisors for different categories (Fresh Food, Food, Non-Food) in their Hypermarket in Qatar. The role involves managing daily operations, staff supervision, and stock control.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise daily operations of assigned department and team members
- Ensure product availability, FIFO compliance, and proper stock rotation
- Monitor sales performance and support achievement of targets
- Maintain merchandising, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Train and guide staff to improve productivity
المؤهلات
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years hypermarket/supermarket experience
- Category-specific experience is mandatory
- Transferable Visa
