The Director of Ecommerce owns site performance, conversion, and digital merchandising for a fast-growing DTC personal care brand. This role drives revenue through on-site optimization, customer experience, and close partnership with growth, retention, and product teams.

- Own ecommerce performance across site experience and conversion
- Lead CRO strategy across landing pages and PDPs
- Optimize merchandising, pricing, and promotions
- Partner with growth and retention teams
- Manage ecommerce roadmap and performance reporting
المؤهلات
- 6+ years in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or CRO roles
- Proven experience driving conversion and revenue in DTC environments
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and testing tools
- Data-driven operator comfortable in fast-growth settings
