Master Homes Properties is looking for a high-performing, motivated Real Estate Agent who is ready to work with real leads and systems. This role is for results-oriented individuals who understand consistency.
المسؤوليات
- Handle inbound and outbound leads
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Advise clients on market options and pricing
- Manage deals from first contact to closing
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Actively network with other agents and developers
- Participate in training and team sessions
المؤهلات
- Currently living in Dubai
- Own car (mandatory)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-disciplined, proactive, and results-driven
