المسؤوليات
- Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date information about products, services, policies, and procedures to support informed customer decisions.
- Handle customer complaints and complex issues efficiently with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring positive outcomes and relationship retention.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify service gaps and continuously improve the overall customer experience.
- Actively participate in training sessions, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to maintain a high level of product and service expertise.
- Support marketing and communication initiatives, including social media engagement, content promotion, and customer outreach activities.
- Assist with special customer service projects and ad hoc assignments as required to support business objectives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Tiens’s networks across both online and offline channels, maintaining consistent service standards.
- Organize, prepare for, and actively participate in events, meetings, and training sessions to enhance customer engagement and brand presence.
المؤهلات
- Very good knowledge of Turkish and English
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent online/offline marketing skills
- Active, motivated team player; able to work independently
- PC skills with the MS Office package
