- Hiring, training, scheduling, and leading staff
- Overseeing daily setup and merchandising of plant displays
- Inspecting plants for health and managing pest control
- Driving sales and managing budgets
- Addressing customer questions regarding horticulture
- Submitting monthly budgetary reports
المؤهلات
- Three years experience in retail management
- Experience with POS systems, purchasing, and inventory
- Plant care expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
