A hunter role focused on opening doors, building pipeline, and closing deals across IT outsourcing, professional services, and consulting engagements. You must have active relationships with IT vendors and enterprise accounts in the UAE.

  • Own revenue growth by pursuing new business opportunities
  • Identify and close deals in IT Outsourcing and Staff Augmentation
  • Hunt for new logos through partner-led and direct engagement
  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, and contracts
  • Work with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape winning solutions

المؤهلات

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B IT sales
  • Proven track record of closing deals in the UAE market
  • Strong existing connections with IT vendors and system integrators
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
