A Talent Operations Coordinator is a centralized point of contact between the business team and recruiting, who will manage various operational tasks and ensure a smooth hiring process. The talent program is funded by the executive office and will be responsible for creating all requisitions within every business group.

المسؤوليات

  • Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data
  • POC for net-new and backfill requisition requests
  • Work in recruiting systems to create requisitions
  • Ensure data accuracy across all systems
  • Tracking and reporting end to end details for all open hiring

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment in related field
  • Must have Office Experience (outlook/excel/word)
