AECOM is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This senior role requires comprehensive commercial and contractual expertise across diverse, large-scale projects, with strategic responsibility for contract administration, governance, and organisational contract management frameworks.

- Develop and implement strategic contract management frameworks and policies
- Provide senior-level oversight of contract administration throughout their lifecycle
- Lead the review, analysis, and customisation of complex contracts
- Conduct sophisticated commercial negotiations with major contractors, consultants, and vendors
- Establish and oversee robust payment verification processes
- Develop and monitor comprehensive key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks
- Lead the identification, documentation, and management of contractual risks, claims, and disputes
- Conduct comprehensive audits of contractor and consultant accounts
- Establish subcontracting governance frameworks
- Mentor and guide contract management staff
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related engineering discipline (required)
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in contract management
- Advanced professional certification in contract management (e.g., FIDIC Contracts Diploma, NEC Accreditation, or equivalent)
- Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, or related discipline
- Extensive track record managing large-scale and complex contracts within infrastructure, construction, engineering, or related industries
- Proven expertise in procurement processes, tender evaluation, contractor selection, and vendor management
- Demonstrated experience in claims management, dispute resolution, and contract litigation support
- Extensive experience working with standard contract forms (such as NEC, FIDIC, or similar frameworks)
