Marché NYC is a growing premium workplace pantry and coffee service provider. Our Onsite Service Specialists keep client spaces stocked, clean, and operating smoothly. This role blends hands-on work with accountability, independence, and technology.
المسؤوليات
- Stock and maintain workplace pantries (snacks, beverages, coolers, and refrigerators)
- Restock and maintain coffee machines and kegerators
- Perform preventative maintenance including cleaning and light troubleshooting
- Create product orders directly from your phone using the Parlevel App
- Complete service tasks and upload photos through Tangelo
- Ensure products are organized, rotated, and presented to company standards
- Act as the on-site point of contact for clients during service hours
- Travel between client locations as needed
- Independently manage assigned sites once fully trained
المؤهلات
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using smartphone apps for ordering and task completion
- Able to work independently and take ownership of a site
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move product (up to ~50 lbs)
- Experience in food service, hospitality, vending, or facilities is a plus
