Data & Analytics Lead | Al-Futtaim Finance | Financial Services

The Data & Analytics Lead is responsible for developing and executing the data and AI enablement strategy for Al-Futtaim Financial Services (AFF), Hertz and international businesses, ensuring that all initiatives align with the overall digital transformation roadmap. The role will lead the design and delivery of the Fully AI enabled data and analytics platform, oversee analytics delivery and build internal AI capability.

- Lead the Data & AI Enablement agenda
- Build AI capability and develop internal data science and ML delivery capabilities
- Implement data governance & compliance policies
- Drive analytics & BI delivery and adoption
- Collaborate with Group & Divisional teams
- Manage data engineering vendors and AI partners
المؤهلات
- 10+ years in Data & Analytics roles with at least 5 years in leadership capacity
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering fully AI enabled data platforms
- Proven experience in AI/ML delivery such as credit risk, pricing or customer analytics
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across IT, risk, finance and product
