ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a Call Center Agent to deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
المسؤوليات
- Respond to high-volume inbound / outbound calls, email, or chat
- Document interactions using call center software and CRM systems
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions within time limits
- Participate in quality assurance evaluations and coaching sessions
- Maintain accurate call logs and case notes
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a call center role
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center tools
- Fluency in Arabic is Mandatory
- Flexibility to work shifts as required
