ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a Call Center Agent to deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

المسؤوليات

  • Respond to high-volume inbound / outbound calls, email, or chat
  • Document interactions using call center software and CRM systems
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions within time limits
  • Participate in quality assurance evaluations and coaching sessions
  • Maintain accurate call logs and case notes

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a call center role
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center tools
  • Fluency in Arabic is Mandatory
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required
