Business Development Representative ( Remote )

At Head Hunter, we are expanding our reach and looking for dedicated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our remote team. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving growth and expanding our client base across the US, UK, and Australia.
المسؤوليات
- Conduct research to identify and target potential clients and decision-makers
- Make outbound calls and engage with leads via email and social media
- Qualify prospects based on their needs and pain points
- Schedule appointments for sales executives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Meet monthly targets for qualified leads
المؤهلات
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Reliable internet connection (25+ Mbps)
- Own laptop/PC and a quiet workspace
