- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service needs
- Prepare job cards and clearly explain service details, timelines, and costs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure quality repairs and timely delivery
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle concerns professionally
- Promote service packages, value-added services, and genuine spare parts
المؤهلات
- 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- Fluent in Arabic and able to communicate in basic English
- Valid driving license is an advantage
