You contribute to the store sales and adidas profit targets by passionately inspiring and serving and selling to our consumers, diligently executing store operations, and contributing to a culture of consumer centricity within the store.
المسؤوليات
- Actively connect and engage with consumers entering the store
- Be aware of store KPI's and contribute to store sales
- Responsible for improving the consumer experience
- Use seasonal product and Brand knowledge effectively
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly
- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively
- Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately
- Minimize loss in the stockroom and the sales floor
- Maintain an appealing, easy to shop environment
- Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members
المؤهلات
- 2 years experience as a store manager/supervisor is a must for Store Managers
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills
- Language: English (for Store Manager)
- Preferably between 1-2 months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment
