Commercial Director – Dual Property

At Accor, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Director to lead the commercial success of the Mövenpick Resort El Quseir and the Swissôtel Resort El Quseir on Egypt’s Red Sea coast. This role is responsible for driving revenue and market share growth by overseeing Sales, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, and Digital functions across both properties.

- Develop and implement a unified commercial strategy that aligns with global priorities
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance data
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand positioning and financial goals are met
- Drive total revenue across accommodation, F&B, events, and wellness
- Strengthen relationships with key partners including B2B agencies and tour operators
- Lead creative and results-driven marketing campaigns
- Oversee all digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM and performance tracking
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of commercial professionals
المؤهلات
- 10+ years of senior commercial leadership in the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
- Experience in leading multi-property or cluster commercial operations is preferred
- Familiarity with Accor systems is an advantage
