The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in achieving store sales targets, KPIs, and profitability objectives. This role involves team leadership, customer service excellence, and ensuring store operations and compliance standards are met.

- Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales targets, KPIs, and profitability objectives.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement action plans to address gaps.
- Assist in executing sales promotions and campaigns to maximize revenue.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales staff to enhance selling skills and customer engagement.
- Assist in supervising, motivating, and developing store staff.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered.
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure store layout, displays, and merchandising align with visual guidelines.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, sales data, and performance summaries.
