AUIB is seeking a Dean for the College of Pharmacy to set a bold vision and manage the college's administrative and educational operations. This Baghdad-based role includes faculty recruitment, curricula development, securing ACPE accreditation, and leading the college's research strategy.
المسؤوليات
- Recruit and retain faculty and staff
- Develop college curricula and postgraduate programs
- Ensure effective delivery of academic programs
- Secure ACPE accreditation and manage regulatory affairs
- Oversee the appointment of technical and support staff
- Manage the annual budget of the college
- Lead the college's research strategy
- Represent the college at professional and governmental meetings
- Promote the college through fund-raising and alumni activities
المؤهلات
- Ph.D. or highest professional qualification in pharmacy
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in academic institutions
- Track record of scholarly and professional practice leadership
