Responsible for welding execution plan, method statements, and managing welder deployment and performance at oil and gas sites.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and control welding foremen and supervisors
- Optimize resources (manpower and equipment)
- Set and measure daily targets
- Ensure qualified welders are available at site
- Initiate and enforce production, safety, and quality policies
المؤهلات
- Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 10 years site experience in Oil & Gas welding
