Effectively plan, implement and manage operational infrastructure, processes and policies with respect to payment card transaction risk mitigation, fraud exposure control, financial settlement, chargeback, dispute resolution, merchant settlement and all aspects of card production & delivery, merchant helpdesk and POS support services.
