CCL Global are currently recruiting for a Plant Manager- Operations Lead for an EPC (Metals Recycling & Refining) to join a major Joint Venture developing a large-scale industrial recycling facility in Saudi Arabia. This facility would turn oil refinery wastes into a domestic resource to produce ferrovanadium.
المسؤوليات
- Develop operating strategies and procedures
- Represent operations department in assurance events and operability reviews
- Sign off relevant deliverables as technical authority for Operations
- Train the trainers for commissioning and operation of the facilities
- Lead project start-up and commissioning phase
- Streamline production processes and methods
- Production planning and control
- Assist with assessing raw materials and auxiliary materials
- Materials scheduling / Inventory control
- Implement new production equipment and process technologies
- Technical input for budget planning and product costing
المؤهلات
- Strong HSE experience including operating and technical safety
- Completed degree at a technical university or college with a major in inorganic chemistry, process engineering, industrial engineering, or similar subject
- Relevant production experience, ideally in the field of chemical engineering
- Good English language skills (writing and speaking)
