Reporting to the General Manager, you will bring your expertise to support the executive department and all operational departments in their choices, decisions and their search for quality and results. Oversee daily engineering operations, building maintenance, and rehabilitation programs.

- Oversee daily engineering operations, building maintenance, and rehabilitation programs
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance for all equipment
- Ensure smooth operation of alarm systems, elevators, fire safety and life safety equipment
- Maintain updated technical documentation, drawings and equipment manuals
- Prepare and manage the budget in partnership with Finance
- Control expenditures, invoices, inventory and engineering stores
- Monitor utilities consumption and drive energy efficiency initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with life safety procedures and statutory regulations
- Lead emergency procedures and safety training programs
- Supervise, train and develop the engineering team
