Female HR Executive – Construction Company (UAE)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced HR Executive to join our growing construction company in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and hands-on experience handling HR operations within the construction industry.
المسؤوليات
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Handle MOHRE, visa processing, WPS, labor contracts, and renewals
- Maintain employee records, leave management, and attendance
- Support payroll coordination and HR reports
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee relations, warnings, and disciplinary matters
- Coordinate with site teams and management for HR-related requirements
المؤهلات
- 3–4 years of HR experience in a construction company in the UAE (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE procedures
- Experience in visas, WPS, and manpower management
