Operations Manager - ICE CREAM Outlets Company

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of multiple Ice Cream outlets. The role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, food quality, cost control, staff performance, and consistent customer experience across all locations.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee daily operations of multiple ice cream outlets
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and food safety regulations
- Manage outlet managers, supervisors, and frontline staff
- Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
- Monitor food cost, wastage, and inventory levels
- Control operational expenses and improve efficiency
- Monitor daily sales, KPIs, and outlet performance
- Ensure compliance with municipality and labor regulations
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- 5–8 years’ experience in F&B / QSR / Retail operations (Ice cream, café, or restaurant preferred)
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets
- Knowledge of food safety standards and local regulations
- Experience in Saudi Arabia preferred
