Operations Manager (for steel Industrial Operation experienced ONLY)

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our steel manufacturing and fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that production runs efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively while maintaining quality standards and meeting client requirements.

- Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations of the steel facility
- Supervise and coordinate production, warehouse, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement operational strategies
- Monitor equipment performance and maintenance
- Enforce safety regulations
- Prepare reports on operational performance
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments
المؤهلات
- Civil Engineer or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 9-15 years of experience in operations or production management within the steel or metal fabrication industry
