The Role As the Head of Growth at PhazeRo, you will be the primary architect of our expansion. This is a high-impact leadership position that sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and delivery. You are not just managing a pipeline; you are responsible for identifying new market opportunities, overseeing the sales department, and ensuring that the projects we bring in align with our high standards for deliverables. Your mission is to scale PhazeRo by building a robust engine for new business, optimizing our sales processes, and fostering long-term strategic partnerships that drive sustainable revenue. Core responsibilities include Business Development, Strategic Planning, Pipeline Management, Cross-Functional Alignment, and Partnership Building.

- Proactively identify and secure new high-value projects
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth roadmap that identifies new industries, service offerings, and geographic markets
- Oversee the CRM and sales funnel to ensure high conversion rates and accurate revenue forecasting
- Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure that new projects are feasible, profitable, and meet the client’s expectations
- Develop strategic alliances and referral networks
