To develop landscape operation, maintenance and beautification plan for routine, periodic preventative maintenance activities for plants, irrigation and water feature assets that follows asset lifecycle maintenance approach.
المسؤوليات
- Monitor and control landscape operations & maintenance plans
- Identify and correct needs for corrective maintenance
- Inspect and verify landscape contractor performance
- Carry out onsite inspections
- Prepare monthly reports on contractor performance
- Review and update SOPs and Scope of works
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Maintenance, or Agriculture/Horticulture Engineering
- 5 years field experience as a landscape maintenance engineer
