The Local Content Coordinator will support Hatch’s local content strategy across Saudi projects. Responsible for coordinating compliance with LCGPA, and Saudization requirements. This role is for Saudi Nationals only.
المسؤوليات
- Coordinate reporting requirements for LCGPA, Saudization, and client frameworks
- Track local spending and national workforce metrics
- Maintain accurate internal records for compliance activities
- Assist procurement teams with supplier onboarding and qualification
- Promote sourcing strategies that increase local participation
- Provide local content inputs for bids and tenders
- Recommend improvements to internal processes and tools
المؤهلات
- Saudi Nationality (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering
- 2–5+ years of experience in local content, procurement, or compliance
- Knowledge of LCGPA, IKTVA, and Nitaqat/Saudization frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
