Join us at Accor, where life pulses with passion! As a Guest Service Associate in Housekeeping, you will be responsible for planning cleaning schedules, ensuring trolleys are stocked, and maintaining clean environments for our guests at Movenpick Hotel and Apartments Bur Dubai.
المسؤوليات
- Plan cleaning schedule according to Room Status Sheet
- Ensure Housekeeping trolley is stocked daily
- Maintain knowledge of local area for guest enquiries
- Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage
- Hand over Lost & Found items
- Perform cleaning of rooms and public areas
- Report in-room safe issues
- Handle guest complaints and report to Supervisors
- Ensure efficient handover at the end of every shift
المؤهلات
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
