ahb (Arabian Housing & Building Contracting Company) is looking for a Human Resources Officer – Employee Affairs to manage and oversee all employee-related administrative and compliance matters within the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, and effective coordination with government platforms and internal departments.
المسؤوليات
- Manage all employee affairs activities
- Handle GOSI, Qiwa, and other government portal transactions
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
- Coordinate medical insurance enrollments and renewals
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, and official correspondence
- Support disciplinary procedures and internal investigations when required
- Monitor probation periods and contract expiry dates
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or Employee Affairs
