Administrative Assistant (Arabic Speaker Female)

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive clerical support for daily office activities, managing confidential information, and supporting management and internal teams.
المسؤوليات
- Perform daily administrative duties including filing, documentation, and data entry
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Assist with onboarding documentation and HR tasks
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Professional appearance and demeanour suitable for a front-office role
