- Supervise daily restaurant operations and workflow
- Manage and train staff on food prep and customer service
- Oversee food handling and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate shift scheduling and staffing
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues
- Participate in interviewing and hiring new team members
المؤهلات
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
