The HR Administrator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the HR department, ensuring smooth HR processes across employee documentation, onboarding, HR systems, and compliance.

المسؤوليات

  • Maintain and update employee records and HRMS data
  • Prepare HR letters such as salary certificates and NOCs
  • Handle day-to-day HR documentation and filing
  • Support payroll inputs by tracking attendance and leave
  • Post job ads, screen CVs, and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding formalities
  • Conduct HR induction and system setups
  • Process exit formalities including clearance forms
  • Serve as a point of contact for basic employee queries
  • Coordinate with the PRO team for visa processing
  • Prepare routine HR reports such as headcount and attendance

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-4 years of HR or administrative experience (UAE experience preferred)
