Customer Service Representative Administrator

We are actively seeking a dedicated and articulate Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote support team. In this full-time, work-from-home role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will manage inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries with speed and accuracy.

- Manage a high volume of inbound calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
- Utilize active listening to troubleshoot issues
- Handle escalated interactions with patience
- Proficiently utilize CRM software to log every interaction
- Assist with placing orders, processing returns, and modifications
- Gather and report customer feedback to product teams
المؤهلات
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Prior experience working remotely or in a virtual call center is desirable
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM
- Dedicated, quiet workspace and high-speed internet
