The project:

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead with Safety First, ensuring wellbeing, compliance, and sustainable delivery.

  
  

• Design and implement PMO and Project Controls frameworks with client focus.

  
  

• Uphold integrity, driving accountability, strategic outcomes, and positive impact.

  
  

• Mentor teams, foster innovation, and create opportunity for people to excel.

  
  

• Lead PMO and Project Controls delivery, designing frameworks and managing performance across commissions.

  
  

• Partner with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and strong relationships built.

  
  

• Drive governance, reporting, baselines, risk, and quantitative analysis to achieve objectives.

  
  

• Mentor teams, integrate disciplines, support resourcing, and champion net zero transition.

  
  

You’ll need to have:

• Professional membership or progress toward chartered status.

  
  

• Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on major projects.

  
  

• Strong commercial, financial, and stakeholder management expertise.

  
  

• Knowledge of sustainability, risk tools, and project frameworks.
